Unlike the Overall View, here you'll only see metrics for the products you manage. You can always switch between the overall view and your Managed Services view. Plus, you also have the option to show only the metrics for Unmanaged Services – this means all products that aren't part of your management area.
The Managed Services feature lets you focus the security rating specifically on the products you actively look after for your customers. Instead of analyzing all systems at once, you'll get a separate rating – the so-called Managed Services Rating – that's only based on your managed products.
Carefully picking managed products makes for a clearly defined assessment of your areas of responsibility. That creates transparency for your customers and boosts your position as an IT service provider—especially when you need to make a case for extra services or security measures.
You can choose which products you want to define as managed services in the partner menu under Managed Services Settings. Here you can set up different service packages and assign products to them. You can also assign customers to each service package, so they get the right managed service assessment.
