The following customization options are available in the Partner Menu under Settings → Whitelabeling:

You can customize the color scheme of the Security Audit Platform to your brand. If you enable "Automatic colors", you only need to specify the primary color and the other colors will be generated according to this color.
To specify all colors yourself, you can leave this option unchecked.
Use the color picker to easily change the color values.
If you wish, you can set up neutral system emails. These are then activated at partner & customer level.
Some examples of situations where these emails are sent are:
When the user password is changed
When two-factor authentication is set up
The neutral system emails do not contain any reference to "lywand" - either textually or graphically. As the name implies, they are neutral.
If you allow your customers to access the platform, you can enter a contact email address.
This contact email address will be displayed in the following emails:
When the rating has dropped by at least one level
At the beginning of the month when the management report is sent
If the field is left blank, the record will not appear in the emails.
You can also enter your signature for customer emails. Please note that only text input is possible.
Check the box to display your company name as the email sender. If unchecked, lywand will be displayed as the sender by default.
Before saving, we recommend sending a test email. Verify the information entered and the sender name. If all the data is correct, you can then save and activate the neutral system emails.
As usual, you can upload your company logo here. From now on it will be displayed not only in the management report, but also in the platform menu.
Please upload the logo in PNG format, in other words without a white background.
You can also provide your customers and employees with a personalized login. Just send them the personal URL.
Auto Healing: This feature can be hidden here for your customers if you have given them access. You can still make settings and view Auto Healing Logs & Infos.
Support Widget: If you have set your colors, the support widget button has automatically your primary color. The widget itself, does not change colors. If necessary, you can hide it here. The support widget will never be displayed to your customers.
