All the results of the security check are automatically summarised in a comprehensive Management Report, which you can present to your customers to explain the next steps and provide a concise overview of the current security situation and progress.
To do this, click on the "Management Report" button at the top right of the Security Dashboard.
Similar to the Security Dashboard, we summarise all the important information on the IT security situation on the first page of the Management Report:
Current & planned assessment
Number of planned & implemented measures
Number of vulnerabilities found
Composition of the test scope by target type
Rating History based on a graph
Date of the last external scan performed and number of targets scanned
Number of active end devices (agents)
On the second page you will find analyses of the categories, the measures and the most vulnerable targets.

The appendix contains an overview of the targets that were in scope during the last security check. For a better overview, the target types are grouped and listed in order with the following information:

There are various options for sharing management reports with your customers.
Once you have opened the Management Report in the platform, you can click on the print button in the top right-hand corner and save it as a PDF.
It is also possible to send Management Reports directly by email. There are various options here:
Directly in the customer account under Customer Management > Notifications, you can enter your customer's email address or your own and send it automatically on a monthly basis.
At partner level under Notifications, you can have the Management Reports of all customers sent as a zip attachment to the desired employee email addresses on a monthly basis.
