User Settings
Add User
To grant an employee access to the platform, click on the plus button in the top right-hand corner. A pop-up will open in which you can enter the employee's email address and select the authorization.
If you click on "Send invitation", the employee will receive an email. This email contains a link to the registration page where the employee can enter their details and set a password.
As long as the employee has not yet completed the registration, a letter symbol is displayed in the status left of the authorizations. As soon as registration is complete, a tick appears.
Authorizations
Full Access
With full access, all actions on the entire platform and for all customers are possible without restriction. This means that costs may also be incurred.
Read-Only Access
With read access, all actions that lead to changes or costs are deactivated.
For example:
No adjustments can be made to the inspection scope
No measures can be planned or checked off
No vulnerabilities can be ignored
Remove User
To remove a user, click on the trash can in the corresponding line on the right. (This is only possible for users with full access).
Enforce Two-Factor Authentication
By enabling this setting, you can force two-factor authentication, or 2FA for short, on your customer accounts. Your customers will then be prompted to set up 2FA for their account the next time they log in.
