💻 Supported Operating Systems

The agent currently supports the following operating systems:

Windows 7
Windows 8.1
Windows 10
Windows 11

Windows Server 2008 R2
Windows Server 2012 R2
Windows Server 2016
Windows Server 2019
Windows Server 2022
Windows Server 2025

Functionality on other operating systems cannot be guaranteed. If you still want to install the agent on unsupported (Windows) operating systems, this can be forced via a command line parameter without any installation guarantee. For more details, check out our Rollout Guide.

Please note that the agent can only be installed on systems with x86-64 architecture . 32-bit systems are not supported. Support for systems with ARM processor architecture is planned but is also currently not supported.
